Our user friendly formats display 2D colour graphic design elevations, showing beam and column options, producing client quotations, client sales orders, complete bill of materials, full client data capture and documentation with supplier orders and all details stored securely on a web server for your records and client tracking. Engineering design table parameters are built into the data base to create allowable and priced design options for your client to view instantly on the fly making accurate quoting and sales tools available for use by even inexperienced personnel. Quotes, sales contracts, elevation drawings, engineering plans and reporting documentation are available as print, or PDF style for email. Flat and gable style patio roof types are both catered for with your choice of patio deck roofing or insulated type 50mm, 75mm or 95 mm thick roofing materials. Design logic includes attached or freestanding designs with hips, valleys and attaching on one, two or three sides. We have recently added a steel deck patio floor system option to further enhance the package and add extra sales value. This includes engineering plans and quoting logic for upstairs patio decks utilising steel C sections ready for your choice of timber decking. Our multi level administration functionality controls security access for distributor and salesman levels. A must have professional sales package for the Patio Industry.
